Our End of School Year Flower Jars are filled with a fresh seasonal mix of flowers grown right here on our Minnesota flower farm. Each arrangement is designed in a reusable mason jar and packed with bright, cheerful blooms that make the perfect end-of-year gift for teachers, school staff, daycare providers, specialists, paras, office staff and administrators.
These are not just tulips, each jar will feature a unique mix of whatever is looking beautiful and blooming on the farm.
If ordering multiple jars for different recipients, please include names and any short gift messages in the notes section at checkout.
All flowers are sustainably grown on our small family flower farm in Minnesota using carefully selected specialty varieties you won’t typically find at grocery stores. Every arrangement is freshly harvested and arranged by hand right here on the farm.
Each mason jar arrangement is designer’s choice and will vary slightly depending on what is blooming on the farm. Colors and flower varieties may differ from the photos shown on the website and honestly, that’s part of the fun of seasonal flowers.
To keep flowers looking their best:
• Keep out of direct sunlight and heat
• Refresh water every couple of days
• Remove fading blooms as needed
